Dance Culture Studios: Class Policies Welcome to Dance Culture Studios! Get ready to drop some serious moves and level up your hip hop and street dance skills! To keep the vibes positive and the learning on point, check out our studio policies: Registration and Payment: New dancers get a 7-day cooling-off period. Got cold feet? No sweat! Cancel your registration within 7 days of signing up for a full refund. Attendance and Cancellation: We value your commitment, but life happens. If you gotta miss a class, cool your jets and let us know at least 24 hours beforehand. You can do this through our online portal only - [insert portal link here]. This helps us keep things smooth and the student-teacher ratio on fire. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the class fee. Feeling under the weather or got a surprise situation? We get it. Chat with the studio manager about missed classes due to illness or emergencies, and we'll see what we can do. Gear Up and Get Ready: Show up 5-10 minutes early to stretch, warm up, and be ready to bust a move when the class starts. Dress code is all about comfort and crushing it on the dance floor. Think loose-fitting clothes that let you move freely (e.g., leggings, joggers, baggy tees). Your instructor might have some specific style tips for different classes. Long hair? Tie it back in a secure bun or ponytail to avoid any tangles or vision blocks. Ditch the bling! Take off any jewellery that could be a safety hazard during those killer routines. Respect the Vibe: We're all here to learn and have a blast. Keep it respectful towards your instructors and fellow dancers. That means active listening, following instructions, and leaving the drama at the door. Food and drinks (except water) are a no-go in the studio. Let's keep the space clean and focused. Silence those mobile phones during class. Focus on the moves, not the 'gram. Let's Talk: Got questions or need to vent? We're here for you! Chat with your instructor or the studio manager about anything on your mind. We'll keep you in the loop about upcoming events, workshops, and performance opportunities through email and social media. By following these policies, you're helping create a killer dance experience for everyone at Dance Culture Studios! Let's get moving'!
